Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We interact with our visitors in a way that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We hope you feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks may delay your order an additional 7-10 business days as we must wait for your funds to clear before we complete this transaction.

To order by check, choose this option at checkout and print the order confirmation page. (You'll be able to click to get a printable version). Then mail the form and your payment to the address shown.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. A visual confirmation of your order will be sent to you prior to delivery to the Memorial Walkway site. If you are not satisfied with the confirmation, and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the confirmation, we will arrange a full refund.

Delivery Information

Memorial Bricks ordered will be shipped to the Freedom Bridge Foundation for secure storage until installed.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date of the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then we will make our best efforts to respond promptly and confidentially (within 5 working days).
